Meet our March employee spotlight: Jose Martinez Vargas! Jose is a member of our team in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He has been with PSC for four years, and previously worked as an upholsterer assistant. In his time here, he has advanced from being a general operater to working as a foam laminator machinist. This growth and the amount that he has learned are his proudest achievements at PSC.

Jose always goes above and beyond to provide the best quality of work. He gives 100% to everything he does and considers PSC his second home. In both 2022 and 2023, he was among the best workers at his location. In addition to his excellent performance, Jose has had two consecutive years of perfect attendance. His consistent dedication, commitment, and hard work have made him an important member of the PSC team.

Because of his strong performance, he was able to enter a raffle for the best performing employees in 2022. He won the raffle and was awarded a trip to Cancun. He greatly enjoyed the trip and the reward for his hard work.

Outside of work, Jose likes to listen to music, make roast meat, and spend quality time with his family. He also enjoys watching American football and is a New England Patriots fan.
