He has been in many positions while working in quality,  such as Quality Inspector, Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, and Quality Engineer. He accumulated useful leadership skills along the way. <\/p>\n

Before joining the PSC team, Michael made his mark at companies like JDC and Avery Dennison. Now, at PSC, he continues to be a great asset, ensuring that the company\u2019s products meet the highest standards of quality. His dedication and years of experience make him a valuable member of PSC\u2019s team.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

Michael\u2019s devotion to PSC extends past his passion for quality engineering; he found a true sense of belonging in the company\u2019s work environment. He says that PSC \u201cfeels like home.\u201d He enjoys the warm and friendly atmosphere and cherishes the camaraderie with his colleagues. Every interaction he has had with fellow employees has been characterized by kindness, and a genuine willingness to help one another. The knowledge and support within the team have proven to be an invaluable resource. This leads to a collaborative spirit that thrives within the organization. For Michael, PSC isn\u2019t just a workplace; it\u2019s a tightly-knit community where everyone\u2019s contributions are valued and celebrated.<\/p>\n

Michael says that what sets PSC apart from other companies is the teamwork that resonates throughout the entire organization. From the top-level executives to the newest employees, the collaboration and support can be felt in every department. For Michael, teamwork is very important to him. He firmly believes that when individuals work together as a cohesive unit, they can achieve far more than they ever could as individuals. This collaboration not only enhances productivity and efficiency but also fosters a positive and uplifting work environment.<\/p>\n

Michael\u2019s pride in his work shines brightly through his significant contributions to PSC\u2019s success. Among his accomplishments, he takes pride in his role in developing the centralized supplier COA database on SharePoint. Recognizing the untapped potential, he took the initiative to breathe life into this previously overlooked system. In addition to his work on the COA database, Michael has also been instrumental in addressing customer regulatory and IMDS requests. This organization has streamlined operations and elevated the accuracy and accessibility of critical information.<\/p>\n

Through his various achievements, Michael exemplifies the spirit of teamwork, and his efforts positively impact his department and the entire company. PSC is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented Quality Engineer driving innovation and fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and excellence.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, Michael Elam enjoys video games, reading, sketching, and watching sci-fi and animated TV shows.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
