He started as the Plant Supervisor and is now the Production Manager.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73e3faef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73e3faef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Before PSC, he worked as a taxi driver, in the clothing industry, and for his local government.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4ced52a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4ced52a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Jorge said he loves everything about <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">working at PSC including the challenges, <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">constant learning, day-to-day activities, <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">and getting to serve others.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a2dff10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a2dff10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">He remembers one of the customer projects he worked on that was meant to be small, but once it hit the market it became a major success. This drastically increased demand and resulted in the whole team working long days. Despite the long hours, everyone returned to work the next day, and many on this team still work there.
