Employee Spotlight
January’s Employee Spotlight is Sherlene Phillips!
Sherlene started at PSC on June 24, 1997, and has been with the company at the Evansville plant for 24 years.
Before PSC, Sherlene worked as a nursing assistant
Her favorite thing about PSC is the people. She said she overall enjoys the work and loves how respectful everyone is.
Sherlene is endearingly referred to as “momma” around the Evansville plant. She said an employee called her that one day and it just stuck.
Sherlene always has a positive attitude, is engaged in her work, and is the highlight of many employees’ days.
Outside of work, Sherlene enjoys playing her lottery tickets, knitting, reading, and baking. Her signature dishes are her homemade chess pie and cheesecake.
