Meet Alan Martinez, the employee spotlight for October! Alan is a member of our team in Mexicali, Mexico. He has been a valuable member of our team for almost seven years. Since starting at PSC in January of 2017, Alan has demonstrated commitment and growth. He has progressed from warehouse planner to his current position as warehouse manager. His continued dedication, hard work, and excellent leadership skills make him a critical member of the PSC team.

Alan’s favorite thing about working at PSC is being a part of an organization that offers challenges and opportunities for growth. When he first arrived, he managed about 60 part numbers; now, he manages over 130. At PSC, there is always the support to improve and develop in many different ways. He noted that here at PSC, “there are no limits to scale any goal you set.”

Alan distinctly remembers his first presentation with his bosses. He was surprised to meet several important people in the company at the same time. However, he found the experience very exciting.

Of all of his achievements at PSC, Alan takes the greatest pride in the excellent standard that he continues to maintain at the Mexicali warehouse. Month after month they are able to achieve their sales goals while continuing to provide consistent, outstanding customer service. Alan’s strong leadership has inspired a high quality of work from the Mexicali warehouse.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending his time reading. He is also interested in home improvement and working on alterations to his house.
