Employee Spotlight- May 2022
Ginger is an employee at our Wichita plant and has been with PSC for 24 years.
Before PSC, Ginger worked for Coleman.
Ginger said that she loves the people she works with and the support she receives from management.
Ginger started in bagged batts and now has a lead position in the department. Bagged batts refers to one of the final steps of production which involves bagging and sealing die-cut fiberglass parts for the aerospace market.
Ginger also mentioned that she’s made a lot of great memories during her time here.
She was described by management as a great asset to PSC. She’s always the first one in the parking lot, she’s very knowledgeable about her department and is well-liked by everyone in the plant!
Outside of work, Ginger enjoys doing puzzles and just enjoying time by herself.
