Meet Sandy Zhang, the employee spotlight for July! Sandy is an employee of our plant in Nanjing, China. Sandy has been an invaluable member of the PSC family for an impressive 17 years. Her journey with our company began in 2006, right after graduating from university, showcasing her commitment to building a long lasting career with us. Sandy has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Sandy Zhang’s career also shows growth and dedication. Starting as the assistant plant manager, she has since advanced to the position of quality manager. Sandy has also remained adaptable and committed. Working at PSC has not only instilled in her a sense of positivity and confidence, but it has also allowed her to expand her skills. When she first started she was working with just single products and now she is able to handle many projects with multiple products supplied to dozens of customers. 

Sandy is truly grateful to be part of an awesome team at PSC, where working alongside dedicated and hardworking colleagues brings immense joy to her job. Their collective efforts and shared commitment to excellence create a positive and motivating work environment. Sandy appreciates the support and camaraderie among her teammates, who continuously inspire her to grow both personally and professionally. The hard work displayed by her colleagues not only makes the job enjoyable but also contributes to the overall success of the team and the organization. Being surrounded by such a remarkable team at PSC is a privilege that Sandy deeply values. 

Sandy takes immense pride in her accomplishment of achieving a Grade A on the SPMP scorecard for Supplier Ninestar in 2022. This achievement is even more significant considering the significant turnaround from a Grade F in the previous year, which was primarily due to the transition of numerous new parts to PSC China. Through Sandy’s attention to detail and collaboration with her team, they were able to enhance the quality of the supplied parts, resulting in the Grade A score. This achievement reflects Sandy’s commitment
to excellence and her ability to drive positive change within the organization. 

Outside of work, Sandy finds joy and relaxation in a variety of hobbies. She enjoys cooking, reading and mountain biking.
