Employee Spotlight- January 2023
Shalyn is an employee at our Muscatine facility and has been with PSC for 4 years!
Before PSC, Shalyn worked as a dietary aid and a cleaner.
Her first position was Junior Stager, but she is now the Lead, Senior
Stager! She is very proud of this accomplishment, as well as the work experience she has gained since starting here, obtaining her forklift license, and learning to operate many machines!
What she loves most about her job are her coworkers. She said, “it’s like a little PSC family.” She also enjoys the laid-back atmosphere and the holiday lunches. She said someone is always laughing.
She thinks it is unique how many locations PSC has around the world, and was not aware of how large PSC’s presence is before working here.
Outside of work, Shalyn enjoys watching her favorite tv shows, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
