Employee Spotlight- April 2021
Marcela is located at our Monterrey facility and started her career with PSC in June of 2017.
Before PSC, Marcela worked for a company called Elgas, which is a LPG gas suppliers for home & business in Australia. She joined their graduate program and after finishing it, she held various roles over the years as part of their Technical team.
Marcela’s first position with PSC was Automotive Program Manager and is now the Customer Focus Leader.
When asked what she loves most about PSC, she said she loves everything about PSC. She specifically enjoys all of the possibilities. PSC can do anything, anywhere. We have so many different processes, materials, customers, markets, locations, etc. She also loves the beautiful view from her office window.
When asked about an achievement she’s particularly proud of, Marcela said she’s fueled by happy customers. She takes pride in the customer service experience she offers.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and putting her exceptional organization skills to use by making excel charts for everything.
