Twin Shape® molding technology creates innovative air duct systems that are efficient, lightweight, and flexible. This vacuum-formed polyolefin creates a hollow end product, making it an excellent solution for lightweight ventilation and air ducts. Twin Shape Foam Ducts are up to 80% lighter than other material alternatives
Additionally, foam ducts help absorb unwanted sounds. Twin Shape ducts act as NVH reduction, helping meet industry sound standards and create a quieter, more comfortable HVAC system for the end user.
