Introducing April Fausett, our employee spotlight for June. April holds the crucial role of plant manager at our Indianapolis plant within PSC. She has been with the PSC since July 2010 and has gained experience and expertise in plant operations. April’s extensive experience and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Before joining PSC, April worked at a law firm. However, her transition to PSC marked an exciting change of pace in her career. She quickly fell in love with the dynamic nature of her role, as it presented constant opportunities to learn something new. At PSC, there is never a dull moment. April loves learning something new every day. She is always immersed in a work environment where  something different and exciting is happening. 

April has made many achievements while working at PSC, but her biggest accomplishment is how she has been able to advance throughout the company in the past years. While April started as a receptionist she has worked many roles at PSC. 

She has gone above and beyond, taking on different positions and filling numerous roles, allowing her to gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience in every aspect of the plant’s operations. 

She has worked many jobs at the Indianapolis plant, and after years of hard work, she is now the Plant Manager. This incredible career progression showcases April’s hard work and commitment to PSC. 

Another source of pride for April is her successful implementation of the 5S methodology at the plant. The plant has experienced significant positive transformations over the past year with lots of hard work. The principles of 5S have been ingrained into daily operations, leading to improved organization and efficiency.

When April is not busy at work, she dedicates her time to pursuing her business degree at Southern New Hampshire University. She is almost done and only has one year left. Outside of school and work, April enjoys spending time with her kids.
