Employee Spotlight- June 2022
Sofia is an employee at our Santa Catarina plant and has been with PSC since February of 2018.
Before PSC, Sofia worked as a Production Leader for a packaging company.
Sofia started at PSC as a Quality Inspector and is now Production Supervisor.
Sofia said she loves the work environment at PSC. She’s very close with her coworkers, everyone from the Plant and Production Managers, Quality Managers, etc. She enjoys everyone working together as a team and helping her coworkers solve any issues they may have.
An accomplishment she’s particularly proud of is helping the Santa Catarina plant achieve one full year with 100% on-time shipping.
Outside of work, Sofia enjoys playing board games like Dominos, Chinese Checkers, and Jenga.
