HVAC
JM insulation effectively dampens sound and reduces thermal transfer, making equipment quieter and more efficient. We offer a variety of proven and innovative insulation solutions for equipment such as mixing boxes, room and rooftop air conditioners, compressor units, domestic furnaces, and heat pumps. JM Materials
DuraCore
DuraCore® insulation is a lightweight, highly resilient product made from borosilicate glass fibers. The insulation blanket is fiberglass bonded with a thermosetting phenolic resin and is designed to provide excellent core strength.
Microlite AA Estándar
Microlite® AA Standard is a lightweight, flexible blanket that provides superior thermal and acoustic performance for a variety of aerospace applications where space and weight are key considerations.
Equipment Spin-Glas
Equipment Spin-Glas® is a rigid fiberglass board. Its glass fibers are highly resilient and resist settling, breakdown and sagging from vibration. The Board provides superior thermal and acoustical performance for a variety of appliance, HVAC and office interior applications.
Microlite MW & MW XG
Microlite® MW is a lightweight, highly resilient, thermal insulation blanket made of fine, flame-attenuated glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting phenolic resin. It is specifically designed for use in convection microwave ovens where temperatures do not exceed 500°F (260°C).
Exact-O-Mat & Exact-O-Board
Exact-O-Mat® and Exact-O-Board® are manufactured using flame-attenuated borosilicate glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin. Both products are manufactured to extremely close thickness tolerances suitable for applications with limited-space and where restriction of air-flow is critical.
Micromat
Micromat® is a flexible, resilient, fiberglass blanket faced on one side with a smooth, durable, non-woven glass mat designed for HVAC equipment applications. Micromat provides superior thermal and acoustical performance.
Microlite
Microlite® is a lightweight, fiberglass insulation. Microlite provides superior thermal and acoustical performance in a minimal space making it a dependable solution in many applications including HVAC, office interior, automotive and a variety of specialty applications.
SG Series Spin-Glas
SG Series Spin-Glas® is a lightweight blanket made from rotary-process glass fibers bonded with a thermosetting resin for use in many diverse Original Equipment Manufacturer applications including transportation, appliance and HVAC – primarily in double-wall applications.
Microlite AA Prima
Microlite® AA Premium is a lightweight, flexible blanket that provides superior thermal and acoustic performance similar to Microlite AA Standard but at 20% less weight.
Tuf-Skin & Tuf-Skin II
Tuf-Skin® and Tuf-Skin II are dual-density fiberglass blankets widely used in HVAC equipment applications. Both products withstand damage from abrasion during assembly and from in-service air erosion.
