Employee Spotlight- September 2022
Lisa has been an employee at Maple St. for 21 years!
Before PSC, Lisa worked as Quality Control and Document Specialist at Yamamoto FB Engineering, Inc.
Her first position at PSC was Quality Control – Receiver. She’s also been the Quality Supervisor, Office Manager and is now the Quality Manager.
Her favorite thing about workingat PSC is her coworkers. She said her coworkers are like a second family and she loves what she does for PSC.
Lisa said that “PSC is unique because there are job opportunities for people trying to change their lives.”
An accomplishment she’s particularly proud of is when she worked with Don Vogel to get certified for the 5S program. Management said she also played an integral role for the ISO 9001:2000 certification and regularly removes communication barriers with her ability to win over all team members.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys writing, drawing, and traveling with her husband.
