Meet our September employee spotlight: Sheila Ware! Sheila is a team member at our Maple St. location in Louisville, KY. Sheila has been an outstanding employee of PSC for 12 years. She originally started at PSC at our Kentucky St. location working as a machine operator. Over time, she has worked to learn increasingly complex tasks, and is currently a Preco Press operator.

Sheila’s dedication, commitment, and excellent work ethic make her a model employee and an essential member of our team. She takes great pride in her work and has been recognized for her commitment to quality. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help others and welcomes new employees gracefully.

Sheila’s favorite thing about working at PSC is the opportunity to work with an amazing group of people. Some of Shelia’s fondest memories of PSC are simply good times the team has had together. She enjoys time spent bonding with the team at events like luncheons, Christmas parties, and watching a solar eclipse.

When Shelia retires from PSC, she plans on relaxing at home with her family and her pets. She wants to spend some time with her hobbies such as listening to Jazz and R&B music and attending local festivals.
