Meet Gloria, February’s Employee Spotlight. Gloria is an employee at our Corporate location and has been with PSC since May of 2000.

 Before PSC, she worked in banking. Gloria started as a Billing Clerk and is now a Billing and Collections Supervisor. 

She said she will always remember the sense of accomplishment she felt when that first customer paid their outstanding invoice after proof was supplied through much research on her end. When asked what she thinks is unique about PSC, she said the opportunity to communicate with different people around the world. She also believes that PSC products and employees are among the best. 

Gloria said she loves the opportunity for advancement at PSC and the variety of things you can learn here. She’s also exceedingly happy for implementing emailing invoices to customers as opposed to mailing them. It greatly speeds up the process.

 Outside of work, Gloria is very active with her church. She assists her Co-Pastor and teaches Sunday School. She said serving God to the best of her ability is her biggest hobby. She also enjoys taking walks, being in nature and playing cornhole.
