Juan Martinez
Meet our December employee spotlight: Juan Martinez! Juan is a slitter operator at our plant in Auburndale, Florida. He has been a member of the PSC team for about nine years. Juan is an extremely dedicated employee. His commitment, drive, and strong work ethic make him and invaluable member of the PSC team.
Before PSC, Juan had worked at Lakeland Industries for two years. He joined the our team in 2014 when PSC acquired Lakeland Industries. Juan recalls how originally, he was very nervous for the transition; he had become comfortable in his previous role, and was worried about the idea of change. However, he soon realized that this was a welcome change. Juan loves the culture at PSC, especially the emphasis on cooperation and collaboration.
Juan’s favorite thing about working at PSC is the team mentality. He appreciates the closeness of the team and the way that everyone is open to helping one another. The collaborative environment is what makes PSC so unique. Juan also appreciates PSC’s focus on customer satisfaction. He is proud of the attention to detail and emphasis on quality to ensure that customers are receiving the best products.
One of Juan’s favorite hobbies is cooking. Before working in manufacturing, Juan worked as a cook in several restaurants.
