Meet our employee spotlight for April: Barbara Powell! Barbara is a member of our team in Indianapolis, IN. She has been with PSC for four years. Barbara is known for her dedication and kindness. She is always happy to help wherever she may be needed. She also remembers every employee’s birthday, and gets everyone a gift for both birthdays and other holidays as well. She loves surprising her coworkers and getting to make them smile. Barbara is a light at PSC Indy, and her commitment and enthusiasm make her a crucial member of the PSC team.

One of Barbara’s favorite things about working at PSC is the opportunity for growth. She started as a material handler, but her position has extended to custodial duties as well. On top of the responsibilities of her role, Barbara is always willing to help out wherever they need more hands. She never complains about doing more than her job, and enjoys the challenge of learning new skills. She is proud of the management skills she’s learned in this position and the impact she has with her role. She is dedicated to keeping the facility sanitized and organized at all times.

What makes PSC unique to Barbara is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people. She enjoys getting to work with people from all different backgrounds with a variety of different expertise.

Outside of work, Barbara enjoys cooking, creative art, music, dance, fishing, and baking.
