Meet Farena Williams, our employee spotlight for March! She is a member of our team at the Auburndale, Florida location. Since joining our company on November 1, 2010, she has demonstrated unwavering commitment and dedication to her role. 

She progressed from a customer service representative to her current position as a customer service manager. Farena’s genuine passion for serving our customers shines through in everything she does. With over 12 years of experience at PSC, Farena takes immense pride in her job and finds satisfaction in helping others. Her willingness to support and guide others is a true testament to her character.

Prior to joining PSC, Farena worked as a shipping clerk at Josh Lowenstein in New York. There, she honed her skills and expertise in the industry. Her previous experience has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in her current role at PSC.

Farena holds a deep appreciation for the welcoming and inclusive culture at PSC. She also loves the team environment. She finds it truly remarkable that the company is comprised of a diverse group of employees. This makes the work environment unique and educational. Farena enjoys the sense of community at PSC, where everyone feels like family. She is grateful for the privilege of working alongside such an exceptional team of colleagues at PSC.

Farena recalls an impactful memory at PSC- when Hurricane Irma struck and caused widespread destruction and chaos. Like many of her colleagues, she was anxious about the potential impact of the storm on both their personal and professional lives. However, despite the initial fear, Farena remembers the relief and gratitude that washed over her and her team once they were assured of their safety. It was a humbling experience that just reinforced the strong bonds among the PSC community during times of adversity.

Of all her achievements at PSC, Farena takes pride in her contribution to mastering the new database system. She worked hard to understand the new system, and her expertise has proven valuable in ensuring the seamless functioning of operations. Farena loves the opportunity she has to learn about new products and services at PSC. She uses her knowledge to provide customers with the best possible service and fulfill their needs. Her unwavering dedication and commitment are a testament to her passion for excellence and her unwavering pursuit of professional growth.

When she is not dedicating her time to her work at PSC, Farena loves to spend quality time with her family. She enjoys watching her favorite TV shows and movies and listening to music.
