Meet our employee spotlight for July: Julio Perez! Julio is a member of our team in Santa Catarina. He has been a dedicated employee of PSC Industries for two years. Before PSC, Julio worked as a maintenance technician. In his time here, he has grown from a general assistant to his current position as a die technician. Julio always puts his full effort into his work, and is always open to step up and try something new. His ambition, strong work ethic, and commitment to growth and development make Julio an invaluable member of the PSC team.

 

Julio values the growth opportunities offered at PSC. He is always eager to learn more and try new projects. He enjoys learning new knowledge and gaining new skills through working on different projects with different teams. One of his favorite memories is the day that the team received a new piece of equipment. Though they didn’t know much about it when it arrived, they were able to work together to figure out how to set it up and get the machine running.
