Meet our employee spotlight for June: Maria De La Cruz! Maria is a member of our team in Fort Smith, AR. She has been with PSC for five years. Before she came to PSC, she worked as a cook for a private school. She began working at PSC in 2019 in production as a packer. She had never worked on a production floor before. However, she was quick to learn and a very hard worker. Since then, she has grown to become an invaluable member of the PSC team.

Maria’s favorite part about working for PSC is the opportunity for growth at our company. Due to her strong work ethic and ambition, she has advanced to a higher position. She now works in quality and runs the office. She continues to learn new things for the betterment of not only herself, but also PSC. She has an excellent relationship with our customers and our peers in the industry. She also helps the production supervisor ensure that production maintains a steady pace. She is always ready to step up and help wherever she is needed.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching TV, and jamming to music.
